We will definitely be back for our next RV rental. Garrett was very helpful and was even able to get us a one day extension to enjoy our trip. Ample storage and a great orientation when you pick the unit up. The unit was in great condition - and it served my family well for possibly the best vacation we’ve ever had. The 2020 28’ Forester Motorhome was perfect and we had no issues. So, when it came to a long cross country trip (2+ weeks) with a motorhome we knew just who to go with to make sure we could feel comfortable we’d be covered. The team at Nashville RV had someone out within a couple of hours to fix it. It was a new spacious unit, but we did have an evening where the furnace went out in the night in the Smokies. We have used Nashville RV Rental before on a long weekend with a towable trailer. But, assuming those precautions, Nashville RV is a full-service, one-stop shop to get you safely on the open road-especially first-timers.

I'd encourage you to view YouTube tutorials as well before showing up for your rental and/or just filming the key parts of the orientation, as the manual is pretty slim. For any other first-timers: the orientation is adequate, but brief. We only called the emergency line once the first night, and they were very responsive (and understanding). The optional bike rack, kitchen and linen sets were a good deal, and the unit held up well under various road conditions during an epic 1,300 mile trip through the Arkansas Ozarks. We were able to visit the site beforehand to tour various rigs before deciding on what was best for us. Our family was looking for a COVID-friendly vacation this summer, and we found it, thanks to Nashville RV Rentals! There are lots of options out there, including somewhat cheaper online peer-to-peer rental options, but we appreciated the perks (and newer models) that came working with an established, local dealer. 5 star service all the way and looking forward to my next rental with them. We did the math and it was cheaper to stay in a nice $75,000+ camper than to stay at a Motel, so glad we did this. They were extremely fair on the repair, didn’t price gouge at all. Without Garrett providing us with the extra plug adapter, we didn’t know we needed, we would have been without power so he saved us there! I highly recommend this place! All the staff was very friendly from start to finish, and we accidentally caused some damage to the camper in transit. Garrett was very nice and helpful as well, he made sure we had everything we needed at pick up. Brad was very kind and helpful through the entire process. We stayed in the XL trailer and loved it!! It made our trip so much more comfortable and worth every dollar to rent. It’s the most affordable place I’ve found and it’s local. Excellent service from start to finish! We have been looking for this service for awhile and so glad we found them.
